The following is a list of individuals who were arrested on prostitution and/or public lewdness related charges (or who have a history of prostitution/lewdness charges) during the week of 11/26/2018 – 12/02/2018 according to public records maintained by the Oklahoma County Jail and the Oklahoma City Police Department.

Sharena Rene Tate: DOB 1/24/1985, White female, reportedly resides in Guthrie, OK.

Criminal Complaint: (Oklahoma County Warrant) 2018 case for offering to engage in prostitution and felony computer crimes.
Details: Originally arrested on 9/26/2018 around 11:50pm at 5700 NW Expressway, OKC #200 (Fairfield Inn & Suites). An undercover officer responded to a suspected online ad for prostitution via text message. After arriving at the hotel, Tate requested a ‘donation’ of $200 in exchange for oral and vaginal intercourse.

Jaylyn Marquice Bell: DOB 11/19/1995, Black male, reportedly resides in the 1700 block of Pettee Ave. in OKC, OK.
Arresting Agency: Oklahoma City Police Dept.
Criminal Complaint: Human trafficking, felony computer crimes, manufacturing child porn, possession of offensive weapon while committing a felony, possession of marijuana, possession of criminal proceeds and possession of CDS.
Details: Originally arrested on 11/15/2018 around 10:55pm at 321 S. Rockwell Ave. #217 in OKC (Rodeway Inn & Suites). An undercover officer responded to an online ad suspected as a front for prostitution. When the officer arrived, he was instructed to pay $200 in exchange for oral sex with a female prostitute. As she was being arrested it was revealed the female was a minor (17). The motel room had been rented by Bell and Bell had a card key. Court records show that police had previously identified Bell as being associated with a another group of juvenile prostitutes. Bell was located near the motel room acting as a lookout. Detectives learned that Bell was in a romantic relationship with the juvenile and the two lived together. Bell reportedly introduced the idea of prostituting to the juvenile. Bell had $499 on him and claimed to be receiving unemployment from the state of Oklahoma. One of the dollar bills in Bell’s possession was rolled up and contained cocaine residue. The female disclosed that Bell had a gun. The gun was found in the nightstand in the motel room.
Susan Rhenea Duvall: DOB 11/3/1962, White female, reportedly resides in OKC, OK.

Kenneth Ray Washington: DOB 6/19/1984, Black male, reportedly resides in the 7600 block of NW 5th St. in OKC, OK.

Ranicka McDonald: DOB 3/5/1991, Black female, reportedly resides in OKC, OK.

Criminal Complaint: (Warrant, Failure to appear) 2013 case for offering to engage in prostitution.
Semaj Thomas: DOB 4/27/2002, Black male, reportedly resides in the 600 block of SW 22nd St. in OKC, OK.

Criminal Complaint: (Oklahoma County Warrant) 2018 case for human trafficking, robbery with a firearm, pandering and possession of an offensive weapon while committing a felony.
Details: Originally arrested on 10/9/2018 around 9pm at 601 SW 27th St. (residence) in OKC. Undercover officer replied to an online ad that was suspected to be a front for prostitution. The officer was directed to the Plaza Inn motel, room #162, at 3200 S. Prospect in OKC. The female arrived and agreed to exchange $185 for sexual intercourse. During the arrest, the female was revealed to be a minor and a victim of human trafficking. Officers also located Thomas in the motel room, hiding in the bathtub. Thomas had a 9mm pistol in his possession. Thomas also had in his possession a stolen iPhone and a green wallet. When detectives later located the owner of the stolen iPhone, the man told police that he had responded to a prostitution ad on 10/8/2018 at America’s Best Value Inn (next door to the Plaza Inn) and that Thomas had come out of the bathroom with a pistol and robbed him of his phone and green wallet. Detectives also interviewed another female juvenile prostitute who said she was aware of Thomas hiding in motel room bathrooms and robbing ‘Johns’ at gunpoint.
Criminal Charges: On 11/27/2018 Thomas was charged in Oklahoma County with felony robbery with a firearm and pandering.
