Tinker Airman, Dubbed the "Lollipop John", Pleads Guilty to Prostitution Crimes

11/01/2017 - OKC, OK -- An airman with Tinker Air Force Base, known as the 'Lollipop John', has pleaded guilty to felony prostitution crimes.

As previously reported by JohnTV, 26-year-old Ryan N. Chounard of Oklahoma City, was arrested in Aug. of 2016 after he solicited sex for cash from an undercover police officer.

According to court records, Chounard responded to a faux hoe ad on Backpage.com and was instructed to go to the Motel 6 on S. Meridian Ave. in south Oklahoma City.

Chounard arrived around 7 p.m. and promptly offered $80 for oral sex from the female undercover police officer.

Chounard was then taken into custody and transported to the Oklahoma County Jail.

While police were processing Chounard and searching him, they listed the following items as seized for evidence; $80 in U.S. currency, Apple iPhone and a pink Original Gourmet lollipop.

No mention as to exactly how Chounard planned to use his pink lollipop, regardless, it seems police felt it was necessary to tag it and bag it as evidence to be used against Chounard at a later date.

Online records show that Chounard graduated from the CCAF (Community College of the Air Force) as an Airman 1st Class, 552nd MXS.
