5/20/2012 - OKC, OK -- JohnTV.com has obtained copies of the criminal affidavits in the felony racketeering case against Germaine Coulter, Mario Diaz and their alleged human trafficking ring.
Coulter, Diaz and three women were all charged last September in Oklahoma County court with felony racketeering.
The 20 plus page probable cause affidavits filed against each defendant detail the inner workings of the alleged human trafficking ring that at one time was run out of a $800,000 home in north Edmond.
Below are excerpts from the court documents;
You can read the probable cause affidavit against Christina Byler at this link (external link to 3rd party .pdf host – 9.3MB file, may load slowly).
Four of the five criminal defendants are scheduled to appear in court next week. Diaz has been eluding police since an arrest warrant was issued last October.
As previously reported by JohnTV, a new felony drug possession warrant was issuedfor Coulter last week. The new charges against Coulter were filed only hours after JohnTV’s own Brian Bates and volunteers distributed fliers in Coulter’s upscale neighborhood putting residence on notice of their existence. Coulter is now currently on the run, even though he interviewed with KWTV news channel 9 after the warrant was issued and claimed to be reformed criminal simply trying to rebuild his life.
JohnTV will continue to follow this case.
